How do I change my full name in JIRA?

When I go to "Profile" screen, my full name is displayed as "s.fomin" and there is a link: "Update these details through your Atlassian account.". However, when I follow the link, the form displayed contains the correct full name: "Slava Fomin II". I've tried changing it, but it's not reflected in JIRA even after some time.
