How do I access the TrinityCore local database using MySQL Workbench?

I've tried using "trinity;trinity" (once each for username and password); but the Workbench just laughs.  In SQL Server, my admin password for my server would have remained the same even after attaching external databases; but here, the install uses its own copy of the MySQL service so that even that isn't an option.

I'd like to toy around with my account privileges and unlock things like xmogs.

Can you tell me what username and password to use to connect to the database?

Thanks

Could you explain what this has to do with Atlassian applications (where you should never touch the database)?
