I'm afraid the answer is "use the right contact email address", or at least, the one you gave them, which you can then change.
If you've completely lost all the details you need to get in and can't reset the password because you've given an invalid email address, you'll need to contact Atlassian directly - raise a support request at support.atlassian.comor try emailing sales at atlassian dot com
