How do I Get the Bonfire Extension for Firefox on an Isolated LAN

Pat Lewis May 23, 2012

I am using Firefox on an isolated LAN with no connection to the internet so I can't have JIRA get it for me. How can I get the extension file so I can transfer it to the LAN where I need it?

At the moment, all Bonfire browser extensions are hosted on downloads.atlassian.com in a consistent URL structure (which may be subject to change, but has been stable for a while now).

The Firefox extensions are at:
http://downloads.atlassian.com/software/bonfire/{version}/firefox/atlassian-bonfire-latest.xpi

(where "{version}" is the major/minor Bonfire version such as "2.0", "2.1", etc).

The current release of Bonfire is at:

http://downloads.atlassian.com/software/bonfire/2.1/firefox/atlassian-bonfire-latest.xpi

Hi Pat,

I think it's possible to download a .jar file so you can install it without connection to internet.

You can go the plugin page: https://plugins.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.bonfire.plugin

And in the right you should see a button 'Download >>'
