How can others use a template created in my personal (private) space?

I have created my personal space as private.

I then created a template.

Now I want others on my team to be able to create pages based on my personal template. How would I set up the permissions/restrictions?

At the moment, I have given 3 users permission to view my profile, but they cannot see the template.

Hi,

I think they need to be space admin to use your template.

This may answer it properly https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONF41/Working+with+Templates

Selcuk,

Thank you for taking the time to respond.

The link was useful. My take from it is that, if I create a template in my personal space (which I can do as the space administrator) then that template is only available in my personal space, to me. Hence, I believe that I cannot make it available to others, even to look at it.

In the short-term, I'll create it as a page and then, once our team is agreed on the content, I'll have the team's space administrator create it as a template for the space that we're working in.

Regards.
