This is a little unclear. Are you developing inside a plugin, or remotely via REST/SOAP/something-else?
Also, bear in mind that although Jira is generally coded in English, much of it is translatable, so you'll need to explain if you need the general terms or the actual translations for a language.
In fact, i'm using the Jira Rest Java Client to develop an application which synchronize JIRA's system fields with another application's fields.To do that, i need to get back all Jira's fields to configure with which fields of the other application it's map.So i would like to know if there is a method which can do that?
