How can i get the name of the systems fields?


I would like to know, if it's possible de get back the name of systems fields(Projetc, Priority, Status...)?

I've already get back the content of those fields

Please have a look at the IssueFieldConstants class. This contains constants with the internal system field names

Hi Emmanuel, I think you have to specify a little more. I'm not understanding what do you mean with 'get back the name' and 'already get back the content'. Are you talking about filters?

This is a little unclear. Are you developing inside a plugin, or remotely via REST/SOAP/something-else?

Also, bear in mind that although Jira is generally coded in English, much of it is translatable, so you'll need to explain if you need the general terms or the actual translations for a language.

In fact, i'm using the Jira Rest Java Client to develop an application which synchronize JIRA's system fields with another application's fields.To do that, i need to get back all Jira's fields to configure with which fields of the other application it's map.So i would like to know if there is a method which can do that?

Tell me if i was not enough clear.
