How can i add/activate Listeners for Salesforce

I would like to add/activate Listeners for the customerware connector for salesforce that would help us push attachments from Jira to Salesforce. As it stands , any attachments we Add in JIra are not being pushed to Salesforce

Hi Ammar

Firstly let's understand how to enable Salesforce and JIRA integration.

If you're using a Standalone version, you should install a third party plugin (see the link below)

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.jira.plugin.customfield.crm

In case of an Ondemand instance, the related plugin is already there and it is available to be used.

Now, please try to follow the procedures outlined in the link below in order to configure JIRA and Salesforce integration:

For further assistance, for Salesforce assistance you should raise a new support ticket at http://support.customware.net/requests .In case of any problem from JIRA side, raise a support ticket in SAC.
