How can authentication be disabled based on issue Security Level so that Google can index that portion of the JIRA database?

Our JIRA implementation currently has both Internal and External issues. I need to make the External issues searchable/indexable by Google so that customers who do not have JIRA accounts can perform Google searches for any issue with a Security Level of External.

How can authentication be disabled based on issue Security Level so that Google can index that portion of the JIRA database?

Give 'Browse Issues' permission to 'Anyone' for the required projects and submit the JIRA URL to Google for indexing.

This can be done at a project level. If you need further control on what issues within a project are searchable, then you need to set Issue Security Scheme for the project and set security levels on the issues which you do not have to be made public.
