How can I make the link (entity link) of Confluence Page in JIRA Project?

I made the application link (JIRA ↔ Confluence).

But I have a problem when I add an entity link from JIRA Project to an entity(Page) in Confluence.

When I click the "Add Link" button, the below error message is occurred.

"Sorry, there are no links available when using anonymous access, check the permission configuration of the remote application."

How should I do?

Hello enrique for this

 

step1. go to confluence space you want to link to JIRA. click on space tools on bottom left corner>permissions>give required access to anonymous user.

step 2. Go to space tools>overview>see project key and note it down

step3. Go to JIRA>Project you need>Administration>Settings>Configure project links> put in the key you noted down and you should be able to see the project from confluence now. add it and save
