How can I make my Custom Field Plugin searchable?

This what I do in atlassian-plugin.xml:
My plugin is working correctly. What I see when open plugin management page:
And it's working on jira as a new field:
So what I can do to find It via Issue Navigator - where I'm wrong?

You have to associate your customfield with the searcher.

Question was - "where I'm wrong?". Because I don't understand this tutorial, also like a tutorial on atlassian-help page: https://developer.atlassian.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=4227086.

Where I can find <valid-customfield-type package="this_package - it's just path to my new CustomField Package?" key="and_what_is_it - where I should find it?"/> ?

Also I need to know - is it enough to use MultiSelectSearcher
with simple SelectCFType, or I should to use another something?
Thx.
