We are using customised email templates for jira.I want to include the linked issue keys in JIRA email notifiaction.How can I do that?

not sure yet if this solution works out of the box with Jira 4 but you could add a custom field provided by the Jira issue linker and searcher plugin (https://studio.plugins.atlassian.com/wiki/display/JILS/JIRA+Issue+Linker+and+Searcher) and use the value of this field using $issue.getCustomFieldValue(...) EDIT: The plugin does not work with JIRA 4+ but again the groovy script runner could help here: just create a new scripted field, which enumerates all links. There is already an example at https://studio.plugins.atlassian.com/wiki/display/GRV/Scripted+Fields that checks if a linked issue is not resolved yet

Ah, justsaw this plugin is only available for Jira 3 https://plugins.atlassian.com/plugin/details/5000 Would have to be fixed first before my answer is helpful ...
