Is there a way to let my clients add issues, without showing the email ID of my developers?
I want to let clients update issues, so the line is more direct, but dont want them to be able to communicate immediately (without using Jira) by email with the DEV team.
I did look in Jira for a few hours and did look in the FAQ but cant find a suitable solution for this.
On the other hand I am sure more people are having this issue, so there should be an option to do this.
in the General Configuration there is an option "User email visibility" which can take to following values:
Simply switch that to hidden, and the email adresses won't be shown anymore.
