Is my OnDemand instance actually set up? I received a confirmation email titled "Your OnDemand trial is ready!". However when I try to log in, I get the following error: "Your account is not yet available in this OnDemand instance."
Any help would be appreciated.
You may be using the wrong credentials to log in. Ensure you are using the username/password you specified when signing up for the service, not the login that you use to access your my.atlassian.com account.
If you're not sure about the credentials, click the "Unable to access your account?" link to reset them.
