Greenhopper plugin is not accessible

I am using the JIRA evaluation license, On-Demand. When I navigate to Manage Plugins page, it lists Greenhopper as enabled, yet I am unable to see the AGILE tab on my JIRA screen, and all greenhopper gadgets on any dashboard do not work and give an error message about a bad license string.

I have tried numerious greenhopper evaluation licenses, in addition to disabling and re-enabling the greenhopper plugin, but nothing works.

If you are using JIRA OnDemand, may I confirm that you started your GreenHopper evaluation through MAC by following the steps below:

1. Log in to MAC (https://my.atlassian.com)

2. Click on "Atlassian OnDemand (Annual Payments)

3. Click on "Configure"

4. Click on "Start a Free Trial" beside GreenHopper

5. Save Changes.
