Greenhopper hour burn down chart guildline always wrong

I use Greenhopper hour burn down chart to do tracking, For example, I created a sprint start at 2012/9/12, then I created stories and did hour estimation at 2012/9/13, but my hour burn down always show Guildline as "0", why I had this problem, and how to fix it?
