Greenhoper - Including adhoc issues from different projects that are not normally associated with the developer

Our developer has a board linked to 3 projects. Occassionally an issue from another project needs to be included on the developers board. If we include in the filter Assigned = user, then when assigned changes, the issue is no longer visible.
