GreenHopper can not be added

I have the evaluation lisence of jira, trying to get greenhopper up and running but can not copy and paste the lisence for greenhopper, please let me know what to do?

Also, I can not see the Agile tab in my home page.

I am the admin.

Hi Mike,

Are you able to copy and paste the license key for GreenHopper from My Atlassian into a text document?

Are you able to paste the license key into the Administration -> Plugins -> GreenHopper -> GreenHopper License Details page?
