Gliffy plugin for JIRA

Our team can't use Gliffy plugin. There is an enable button but no installation. I can't see Gliffy on the MORE ACTIONS menu.

I contacted Gliffy and asked the community. But I still don't know how to add and use Gliffy plugin.

I was wondering whether you have started your Gliffy by following the below steps:

1. Log in to MAC (https://my.atlassian.com)

2. Click on "Atlassian OnDemand (Annual Payments)

3. Click on "Configure"

4. Click on "Start a Free Trial" beside Gliffy

5. Save changes
