Giving other users access to our Atlassian account

Although I am the person primarily responsible for purchasing and installing our Atlassian products, I am not the only administrator of them. Is there any chance that I can give other people access to write up support tickets for our products (at Also, I receive news updates about featured plugins and product updates. We would like to have these updates go to others, as well. Are these things possible?

These instructions also apply to an additional billing contact. Once they've been added they should also receive the emails.
