Getting java.sql.SQLException: structure.DM not started error while using structure plugin

I have installed structure plugin in JIRA. Earlier, it was working fine, but all of a sudden, when i tried creating new Structure Plugin, its throwing the error as

java.sql.SQLException: structure.DM not started

Can someone please guide me?

Priyank, do you have access to the log files on the server? Could you please look for the first error message about structure that appeared there? What is the version of the installed Structure plugin and JIRA?

What can you also try:

- Disable Structure, then enable Structure
- Uninstall Structure, then install Structure again (don't worry about the data, it will be preserved)
- Restart JIRA

If even restart does not help, please send Support Zip to support@almworks.com - Support Zip can be collected in Administration | Atlassian Support Tools menu.
