Get all issue activity using SIL

I have seen the getAllCommentIds function. Is there a similar function that gives list of all activities carried out on an Issue. This would include, changing attribute values, link or unlink an issue etc.

You can only get history by field using http://confluence.kepler-rominfo.com/display/SIL/fieldHistory There's no routine that will get all activity.
