Fork repository in github failed to show in DVCS accounts

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Connect JIRA Cloud to GitHub

I has setup my DVCS account integrate with my company github.

Unfortunately one of the repository failed to list in the DVCS accounts.

After investigate, the different for this repository is forked from other repository which is another organization. 

Please help.

@[deleted] or @Yousif Touma - Did either of you happen to solve this issue? Not sure why the Forked repo's are being excluded from the list. I also noticed they don't contain the webhook into Atlassian like the repo's that I created.

I am thinking to use webhook to connect github and JIRA, but any idea how to do this?

I have the exact same problem. A forked repo from another organization does not show up in our list of github repos, either. 

Please let me know if you learn of any fix.
