FishEye OpenId Support without Crowd

Hello,

We are wanting integrate openid as our authentication mechanism but don't have crowd installed. Is there a way to accomplish this with the using the authentication plugin provided by FishEye or has anyone tried to do so?

Thanks,

Working on this has resulted in a few more questions about plugins in general. Going down another route, I'm trying to get the FishEyeAuthenticator to be ContextAware so that the applicationContext is available to me within the authentictor. In trying to wiret his in my config, I'm failing. According to https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/15268/get-list-of-groups-for-user-in-crucible-fisheye-2-7, I can load the context using SpringContext, but I don't see any reference to what the SpringContext class is or where to find it. Is it possible to make the Authenticator context aware?
