Excerpts, Excerpts Include: How do you add custom content to the excerpt after it has been included on a page?

I have a certain level of information that is the same for all entities, however, at the individual page level I need to add a bit of custom text and images. How do I do this?

I think that I need a Template, I don't think that this can be done with an excerpt.
