Excel fails to download

I'm trying to download an Excel attachment but it keeps failing with this error msg:

Page Not Found

The page you were trying to reach could not be found. This could be because:

• The page does not exist.
• The page exists, but you do not have permission to view it.

The spreadsheet doesn't have permissions set, and I can download and view other spreadsheets attached to the same page.

Found the answer.

It's because there were plus signs in the name.

We removed these and now it downloads correctly.

Bad question, not constructive at all, maybe an example for other user would be greate.
