Error populating Resources

Hi, We are evaluating BigPicture plugin on our JIRA server. Gantt works fine, but the plugin encountered error populating resources chart. Please advice us on what to do next. JIRA version 6, HSQL db in our test enviroment.

Hi,

It is not recommended to use HSQLDB on JIRA 6.X line. Some parts of BigPicture have problems running on such setups, and as a result you may experience bugs. That's because by default JIRA installs the jdbc 1.8 driver for hsqldb. Newer version of this driver or just using JIRA 7 (which has the newer version pre-loaded) eliminates the issue with these databases. Alternatively, you may use older versions of BigPicture for evaluation purposes (2.X.X line), but they will have less features.
