Error after upgrade. The Jira server could not be contacted....

I just upgraded all my plugins (UPM, Tempo etc) to their latest versions. After the upgrade (I assume this is due to the upgrades), when I click the Agile tab top arrow, I see the following message:

The JIRA server could not be contacted. This may be a temporary glitch or the server may be down.

I use the following downloaded versions under Linux: Jira 5.1.2, Greenhopper 6.0.1

Tested under Win as well, and the same problem appears after upgrading all plugins.

Any idea how to fix this?

UPM 2.7.2 and Greenhopper 6.0.3 - issue is still not fixed.

Solution is a above answer commented by Renjith in my case

Yes, the solution is to simply restart Jira :)

I'd start by reading the log file and looking for errors in there.

I have same problem. I use JIRA 5.0.5 and Greenhopper 6.0.1 on Linux
