Error Trying to Configure Eclipse IDE -

Im using :

Eclipse IDE for Java Developers

Version: Indigo Service Release 1

Build id: 20110916-0149

I follwoed the article here:

I did configure the proxy o use LAN inernet and still his error is shown +
