Does anyone know what drives the access on the Email notification check box on Bulk change? It could be an internal config setting, but I can't that out, so just wondering if it is something jira related. I do a bulk change on a particular project and get the email notifications check box so I can switch it off. Another colleague does not see the checkbox and email notifications are sent out to all the Watchers (which I can see as a setting). I just want to know why she cannot get that option to switch off the notifications on Bulk change?

I do not remember having this problem now and must admit that I do not remember it occurring it since. If it has, it certainly hasn't caused me any issues so I am afraid I am unable to assist.
