Email This Issue - Create multiple Email handlers

"Email this Issue" plugin doesnt allow to create multiple Email handlers for the same Project-Issue type combination.

However, I hava situation where I need to do both of these at different times on the same Project-Issuetype combination - 1) Create a new Issue based on email and 2) Make a state transition.

I would like to have separate email templates associated to acknowledgement emails. How can I do that?
