Customer feedback for completed task

Can anybody recommend a plugin or give any help to implement customer feedback process for ended tasks in Jira? Meaning that if developer has completed the task then for example an e-mail is automatically sent to customer (who ordered dev) to give a feedback (f.e in 10-point scale) about the solution/work done?

I think NPS for JIRA can help you.
This add-on allows you to gauge customer sentiment by creating surveys.
