Is it possible when my user creates an issue in my helpdesk Project that the new issue displays results of assigned assets from my Assets Project?
Similar to an advance search of project = ASSET AND assignee in (username)
I want the username to be the Reporter of helpdesk Project issue
Basically I want the Reporters assigned assets to display in a custom field in their HelpDesk Issue
You could do this using a scripted field. Or now with cloud or DC you could write an automation that would satisfy this.
