Custom issue priority description does not match online help document

I changed our priority descriptions to better match our environment, yet they don't show up when the user clicks the question mark next to the field. See attached screen shots.

Hi Andrew,

The help documents are not dynamic, and do not ahve the ability to update based on custom descriptions - they are static.
