Custom email template - how to?

Hi All,

I created some custom email templates in our Jira instance and then restarted Jira.

When I created a new Event We tired to add the new template for that but we didn't find the new templates in the list.

The new templates are in the proper folder.

What is the problem? Is there any settings,etc missing??

Have you followed the docs: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Customising+Email+Content , if youve got a template in the right place, perhaps you forgot to update the xml file, or the event ID is not being fired appropriately?
