Crucible NullPointerException in filter allClosedReviews

Leendert van Gemeren February 20, 2013

I get the following error when calling a review in Crucible.

Error:

You are running release CR2.7.10 FE2.7.10 (20120119115142 2012-01-19), please report your release number when reporting bugs.

URL's affected:

https://www.customerdomain.com/browse/CR-TOOLS?filter=allClosedReviews

The above appears on all browsers and OS'es.

Does anybody know how come and how to solve it? The problem first appeared after a review was abandoned and after which accidentally a comment was added after it was abandoned.

I think the best way forward is to raise a support request at support.atlassian.com for these sorts of errors.

It will be best if you turn debug logging on and then reproduce the problem to ensure information is captured in the debug log.

If you can also outline the exact steps you take to reproduce the error, that will speed things up. i.e. what URLs you are visiting, what actions youi are taking. For example, I'm not sure what you mean by "calling a review"
