Confluence is down each morning

every morning , the employees always complain about Confluence is down.

we need to know exactly the reason behind that please

Do you have enough memory for Confluence? Go to Confluence Admin >> System Information and look under Java VM Memory Statistics whether your instance had enough free space.

please check the plugin compatibility for version which your using.

what is the confluence version you'r using please check the issue fixed with same version?

did u change any hardware or its connected Crowd.

also share logs we will help u to solve the issue.

According to the logs we have an exception of Memory,

So we will work on the

and also add physical memory to the server.

You got to look at the logs under the Confluence Home Directory and the application server logs located under the Confluence Installation Directory, in order to know whats going wrong. Refer this to find the Confluence logs.
