Confluence .DTD - Document Type Definition

Hi,
our translation lab would like to have a Confluence.DTD to automate some XML handling.
Where is this hidden?

And: www.atlassian.com/schema/confluence/4/ac/renders a 404 after changing from HTTP to HTTPS!?
Shouldn t that be accessible? And where are the ac, ri XMLNS definitions?

Thanks for any insight!
G.

A very similar question dates back to March 2012 and was answered in November 2012 (!!! Guess this was worthless then for the inquirer!), pointing the the work of Graham Hannington.

Apparently in two years nobody cared to update the documentation with that important information!
