Confluence 3.5.17 hangs at http://localhost:8080/setup/dosetuplicense.action

Upgrading our whole enterprise Cf for testing purposes is a joke, so I want to import one space and then upgrade, as suggested by Jobin Kuruvilla.

3.5.17 hangs at http://localhost:8080/setup/dosetuplicense.action! (Production)
