Configuring Bamboo, Ngix and SSL

I have an nginx proxy dispatching to bamboo on its default localhost setting. It terminates my ssl certs and listens over https.

I've set the base url in bamboo's General Configuration to https://bamboo.mydomain.com. However, some urls continue to redirect to http.
