Configure screen "Sign up for an account"

I would like to add a field to this screen where a customer sign up for a new account in Servicedesk. Where can I do this?

This widget could not be displayed.

Also, to add or remove a field from customer portal, you need to go to your customer-portal related project. Then configure the "Screens" page by adding or removing the field(s) as needed.

However; This configuration I am familiar with.

I am looking for menues for configuration of the initial screen for public (customer) sign up for an account in ServiceDesk.

I would like to add a CF (Insight field) to the existing ones (fields for registration of "Email", "Password" and "Full name").
