Comandos de acceso por teclado

Hay algún comando de acceso con teclado para cambiar el estado de la incidencia ("cerrar Ticket", "poner en progreso", "pedido de mayor información")?

Jhonny, you should use the dot button (.)

It opens a lot of option (transitions, edit field, etc).
