Cloud: How can a page break be set within a single Confluence page?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Customize Exports to PDF

We have checked that this CSS works on exporting a space to PDF as described in the docs:

.pagetitle
{
page-break-before: always;
}

But, how can we add more page breaks like this one, but relative to content of the page? (ie: headers, images, and so on...).

Are there any workarounds to insert a page break wherever you want in a Confluence page?

Just add a Div macro with a style of page-break-before: always:
