Changing the dropdown options in the Resolution Screen

Is there a way to add custom options for the dropdown options on the Resolution screen. I am trying to remove the "In Production" option for subtasks and replace it with the "Subtask completed".

I have tried looking in the screens tab but am unable to find this option to reconfigure.

Any help or knowledge on the subject would be appreciate. Thanks guys.
