My company just started using Jira and I have the Jira 3.01 iphone app from a previous job. I changed my credentials and URL to my user name and new company URL but I am not able to log in due to an Authentication error for my credentials.
I have the https in the URL and have my username not email address in the credentials along with the correct password.
Does my company need a speacial license for us to be able to use the app?

Is this auth issue happening just when using the Iphone App?
Have you tried accessing the same Jira Instance using Safari (on the same iphone)?
If the issue persists, it might be some cache issue, so deleting the app cache or simply deleting the app and reinstalling on iphone should pinpoint cache as the cause.

Still no luck. I also could not log in from safari. I tried clearing safari web cache and deleting/re adding the app and getting same error. The URL has an "aws" in it that I noticed is differerent from my other company.
so https://jira.aws.companyname.com
Didn't know if that was an issue or maybe I am being blocked.
