Page seems fine to me. What are you getting, and what exactly are you expecting?

Page works fine, thats correct. But the green "Download now" button generates a 404 page

Ah, I see. The link you click is a redirect, and then lands on a page that doesn't exist.

At a guess, I'd say that the vendor is working on version 3, has updated the links (if they do it, rather than the marketplace), but hasn't actually published it yet, so the site is confused.

I think your only option is to run with the latest released version - scroll down the page to the history tabs, choose 2.1.3 and hit the download button there - that downloads ok.
