Cannot associate issue types with workflow

I have an active workflow Customer Support Workflow and I want to associate two additional issue types to it but do not see how to do it.

Hi, you have to create a new workflow theme. There you can adjust the workflows to the issue types.

After that you adjust the workflow theme to your project.
