Can't trial Crucible after having purchased Fisheye

Thomas Nagy May 2, 2012

We have purchased multiple Atlassian tools in the past, including FishEye. We first run a trial of each tool of interest one by one to see how well it integrates and what features each provides.

We would like to do a trial on Crucible for a future purchase, but after having followed the instructions below, the license for Crucible still seems to be in a state reported as being 'Disabled'.

How can we obtain a trial license for Crucible?

Hey there,

You can get a Crucible trial license by logging in to your Atlassian Account and clicking "new evaluation license"

https://my.atlassian.com/products/index

Then, just copy the license to the "Crucible" licensing section of the Fisheye admin licensing screen.

Feel free to email sales@atlassian.com if you have any troubles with this.
