Can email notifications can be disabled for a confluence space?

Is it possible to disable all the email notifications for a confluence space by the admin?

Hi Tyronne

Since Confluence manages this feature in the user level. So, I believe there's no option to create a kind of notification scheme like we have on JIRA side.

An workaround would be user not watching each page from that space. Also, I've found a old new feature request related to this:
