"Can a user be given edit permissions to own tickets?"
Reading the documentation there appear to be "edit permissions" for everyone to edit everything, but not for just the reporter to edit their own tickets. Is this correct?
Most ticketing systems I've seen let the user edit their own tickets to things like versions affected, component, priority etc.
