Could someone please provide some information on the share-function in JIRA?
I have already found out that it is a system add-on which can be disabled and that users have to have the Browse Users permission to add other users. Also, it seems possible to disable e-mail addresses as input on the customer portal of service desk.
But I have a use case where issues should only be shared with users of the JIRA instance and not random e-mail addresses in JIRA Core so I am grateful for any information on this.
